Arlo Android App 2.16 Major Issues

Is anyone else having very slow camera's loading when login into the 2.16 version that was put out April 28th. Ever since I updated the app version, when I log in the cameras take forever to load and sometimes don't load at all and say offline. I wish I did not update the app. I usually wait awhile so now I'm stuck with this new version that is pretty much useless.
