Arlo Pro camera shows 5% battery life when direct mains powered.

The camera seems to have several issues. It constantly goes offline. It’s my closest camera to the base station. I’ve tried resynching but that doesn’t help. Now the battery shows 5% strength. I replaced the batter and it remains at 5%. Now I tried powering directly with mains line and still shows 5% battery.

Have you swapped batteries around between cameras? You can use the Contact Support link at the bottom here for hardware problems that can't be solved here.

Yes, I have. Same result. Shows 85% on original camera but when moved to problem camera it shows 5% and won’t update at all.
