    <description>&lt;P&gt;I would turn the base off and back on and maybe reinsert the camera batteries. If that fails, I suspect you will get going fastest if you factory reset and start fresh. If you do that, try to note any settings, modes and rules to speed rebuilding.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;My Arlo app told me to do an update on my firmewire. Since then my arlos doesn't work. It says that my arlo is offline. When I look at my basestation all three led lights are green. The only time my internet connection led light blinks is when I try to open my app. Same from my computer. I've tried to disconnect my ethernet cable and the powercable and turned the basestation off. The app still says that my arlo is offline. What's wrong? How do I fix it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you logged out and back in and/or force closed the app and reopened it? DId you try a web browser?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
