No Recordings at Night. How to fix?

My husband leaves for work extremely early everyday and no recordings ever. We have two cameras that he should pass and neither have recorded him ever. Since we have had this system we have had two night time recordings. Why are they not recording every night as they should be and how do we fix it? If they aren’t going to serve it’s purpose then what’s the point of me having it?

Check your sensitivity settings in your modes and rules - increase it as needed. It can also depend on the distance and aiming of the camera. Post a screenshot of the camera views for suggestions.

Has he set rules to tell these cameras to record at night?

What are modes and rules and how does Arlo use them?
