    <description>&lt;P&gt;So my camera work just fine but I cannot connect my phone to the hub. I’ve been on the same WiFi, reset, unplugged etc., I get the error message that it cannot find the device (my phone).&lt;BR /&gt;Please help if you can!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since your cameras are working fine the base is already connected and can't be claimed again. WHy are you trying to do that?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Thank you for your reply. I cannot get my iphone to sync therefore I do not get alerts nor can I manage my Arlo account.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you tried a different mobile device or a computer browser? All you need to do is log into the app/browser.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You initially mentioned you "reset" - do you mean a real reset or just rebooting the base? What are the base LEDs showing? You are getting recordings, right?&amp;nbsp; Give us full details of what you've tried and what you see.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
