How do I take a snapshot from a video in the library

Hi, can anybody tell me if I can take a snapshot from a video in the library - I'm using a PC, but also have the application on my mobile device. I know how to get a snapshot from a live feed, but I need to get still pictures from a few days ago.

I tried Arlo Tech Support and got a young woman who resides in the Philappines and had to keep checking with the manual to answer my questions. She was not very knowledgeable.

Help will be appreciated.

What I have done is download the video, play until you get the image you want to capture and then do a screen capture using something like the Windows snipping tool.

A little cumbersome but it does not happen often.
