      <title>Moved houses &amp; can not connect base station</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have moved house and have updated to the new app and I can’t connect my base hub to my app account. Can anyone help? Have tried multiple times to reset and power on/off following the online instructions but no success. All three lights on the front are green&lt;/P&gt;</description>
