      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm glad you got it working.&amp;nbsp; For anyone else who reads this thread, if that doesn't work for them,&amp;nbsp; I had to power off my base (unplug for 2 min) before the update seemed to take.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;When I powered it back up, it was fine.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I&amp;nbsp; used to use arlo VMB 4000 base with 6 cameras just fine. I moved to another house and took it with me now 6 months later i plugged Arlo VMB4000 and connect it to network , my arlo app detects it but it says fail to update firmware. i contacted customer support but no single answer helped. please advice what is wrong with the firmware why it is not updating???&lt;/P&gt;</description>
