I get notifications for sounds allthough I have turned the microphone off?
I have the VMS4330 system.

The microphone and sound triggers are two different things.

If you look at the rules for your cameras you will see that they can respond to things moving and/or to sounds. Check your rules to confirm that sounds aren't supposed to set them off.

Look also for the settings in the "How would you like to be notified?" slot.
