      <description>&lt;P&gt;No but issues with ISPs can cause this. WHat email provider are you using? Have you tried setting email notifications to a different email address as well as your chosen one?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can't explain that but you can add a second email address for email notifications in your modes and rules, not in your profile.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
