&lt;P&gt;At the top of the my,arlo.com page, you should see &lt;STRONG&gt;devices&lt;/STRONG&gt;, then &lt;STRONG&gt;library&lt;/STRONG&gt;, then &lt;STRONG&gt;mode&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and then&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;. What are you seeing?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you, I see Library, settings and devices ONLY- No Mode. Im logging into MY ARLO My husband set them up but he has granted me access. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
