Motion Sensitivity - Keeps defaulting back to 80%

I have changed my Arlo cameras to different sensitivity levels. I know the default is 80% but based on where they are located, I changed some to 50% or 60%, etc.

Everything seems to work okay but then I go back to my settings a few weeks later and all the cameras are back to 80%.

Anyone know why this is happening?

Are you making sure to tap the save button after making the change?

And to use the settings in your modes and rules, not the motion detection test.

Thanks - I changed the settings and will report back of that doesn’t fix it!
