After the last updates on both IOS 13 and Android 9 our cameras in the mobile apps show getting status and never resolve.

We still get notifications from motion but viewing status on camera or base station just say getting status.

Live stream also showed getting status and never resolves. I did find a solution.

1. uninstall the app. (on mobile side)

2. Log into https://my.arlo.com/

3. I believe 1 of the cameras is at fault but may work
doing this with any camera as i did it with 1 and it fixed both

4. Remove the camera by clicking its name and doing remove device.

5. Remove battery from back of camera wait 10 seconds and put back in.

6. Click sync on base station (2 secs) then on camera sync button (2 secs)

7. Reinstall App (on mobile)

8. Log into mobile and try to view live stream. Status come back too.

The Camera must store some cache this fixes that issue. I only had to do this to 1 camera and i have 2.
