FWIW I was seeing this one camera for a while, but eventually it seemed to resolve itself.

You might try enabling audio detection, and then setting the threshold to 1 (the least sensitive value). Then save the rule. After that, edit again and turn audio detection off again. That should at least reduce the number of recordings.
