First, try plugging the camera in or swap batteries between cameras. That will tell you if it's the camera or battery. However, the system came with a US warranty so that's where you'd have to send it for any issue. Possibly Amazon would exchange the system for you.

Bought Arlo Pro VMS4230(2 cameras) from Amazon 2 weeks ago and delivered to overseas. Installation went ok except 1 camera never works, unable to sync or sometimes luckily got sync for few seconds then went offline. Tried again and again over the next few days and still not working. Wondering if I can send this camera back to anywhere in Asia or must return to the States for service / exchange a new one?
