What does a broken wire image mean?

one of my 5 cameras is showing a display on my phone and computer of a broken wire instead of the video image. I have wireless cameras and it is on and connected to the base station. not sure what is wrong or how to fix it.

A screenshot would help. Is the camera plugged in? There's a lightning bolt on the battery if so.

Never seen any image like that.

Though you've likely checked this, just in case: You've confirmed that the camera is still aimed where it should be?

yes I have. and it is a wireless camera so nothing to plug in. Its outside facing dog pen so Im going to get it down this weekend and try to re-sync. Just wasn't sure if there was another solution before I pulled out the ladder. I cant find anything in the manual or online about it. Thank you for your time!

Try a live view and/or recording to see if it's still there.
