&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Don't stress over step 7, since your base was connected before it's unlikely that ports have become blocked.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;FWIW, one of my own bases misbehaved that way, starting in late October.&amp;nbsp; I ended up removing all the cameras connected to that base, the doorbell, chime, and the base station itself from the account; then reset the base.&amp;nbsp; Finally I re-added the base and the cameras, etc.&amp;nbsp; It seems to be working now.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I do wish there was a better way - the process took me about an hour, even though the cameras and doorbell were all accessible.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
