Not getting notifications from 2nd base station

I don't know why but my 2nd base stations stopped sending notifications to my app, I have 2 bases with the 2nd base granted access to the app the 1st works fine but when the 2nd base for the back of the house detects motion I get the recordings but no notification sounds or screen pop ups as this started early this week. I removed took batteries out restarted base re-installed the app and its still the same, iam on Android 9. Why would 1 base work fine but the other would not send sounds or pop ups? Firmware for 1st and 2nd base 1.14.1.1_2913_78b189a

Are you using a custom mode, or are you using the built-in ARMED mode?

I was using custom mode but I deleted it and re-built it thinking it was corrupt with same results deleted it again then started using built-in armed mode with same results. On the 1st base I use custom mode without any problems. Thanks for your reply @StephenB
