Hard restart won’t work. I press button and I hear it click but Base Station won't restart.

When trying a hard restart it just won’t do it. I press the button in I hear it click but the base station will not restart.

Just want to add to this. I’m trying to factory reset a base station. No matter how long I press the reset it just stays amber.

What stays amber? WHat are all the LEDs doing? You can remove all devices from Settings, My Devices to cause a reset, too.

Hi only the power is a hard amber the internet light is off. I got this second hand and this is the first time I have tried to set the system up.

You can try a reset by holding the reset button until the LEDs flash amber. However, normally an amber power LED indicates a hardware issue with either the power supply or the base.
