      <title>Arlo Pro Device Offline Help</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Guys&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Recently one of my cameras has gone offline again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have removed the camera from the arlo app and the camera re-pairs ok but when I try and view the camera in the app, I says "The Arlo device is offline" Please make sure it's connected to the internet.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any idea's ? Ive powered it off and on, Its repairing fine to my hub so not sure what to do.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;resync it and test on the web with computer ( I find the web much more stable )&lt;/P&gt;

Thanks for the reply &lt;a href="https://community.arlo.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/56"&gt;@TomMac&lt;/a&gt;, I’ve just tried it via chrome and Microsoft edge browsers and when you go through the process of adding a camera the website dosnt even search for a camera just says device added, and asks you if you want to add another camera,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
