I take it down but its charged. It has solar panel. Support keep saying remove batteries and replace but it's a pain having to keep getting it down to do so and reset it. Plus having to check it daily to see if it still works! Iv now put up a new camera which seems to have solved it but now its saying the charger for the solar panel is not detected? Arlo support number cuts off after 10mins and they dont respond to emails...
