    <description>Hi, JessicaP,&lt;BR /&gt;The issue was solved. I found that my husband was disarming the system. He didn’t realize that he was completely turning off recording. I suppose I shouldn’t given him access to the account &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_rolling_eyes:"&gt;🙄&lt;/span&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sorry for the confusion and distraction from real issues.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Cameras send notifications, but no recording in the library. It is very upsetting. Supposed to be security device, but if there is no video recorded, then what is the point in this devices?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
