New Arlo app will no send emails

With the Upgrade App Arlo will not recognize my email .Even thou they send me emails to my address. Anyone else have this issue?

Can you provide a little more detail regarding this?

Are you trying to to have email notifications sent from motion/sound bring detected?

I am on this arlo site using my email address to log on.I am using Arlo Legacy app which is being replaced with a new Arlo app. When I go to log into the new app I get invalid email address so I can not log on.I have tried to change password and also set up new account but still get the invalid email address problem??
