Getting an arlo pro camera that doesn't sync replaced

Anyone know an email address for arlo that you can actually use. I started a dialog to get a new camera replaced going through all the hoops of creating an account only to have my last reply email REFUSED by their mail server. That was after a bunch of emails back and forth ... them requesting info (... some of which was impossible to get since that darn camera wouldn't sync) and me replying. The one that was refused was, of course, my address so it could be return. MAN HAS THIS BEEN FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!
