      <description>&lt;P&gt;With the new iOS mobile app, and using the same signin credentials that I use for the Web or the Arlo Legacy app, I can no longer see/configure the mode for my base station, I get the following error:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Access rights are required to view your shared devices Modes status.&amp;nbsp; Request permission from your device admin.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;IMG src="http://community.arlo.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/41760iE9BDD2232B763191/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999&amp;amp;whitelist-exif-data=Copyright" border="0" alt="Image from iOS.png" title="Image from iOS.png" /&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My main concern is that by Sept 30 I will no longer be able to control the mode.&amp;nbsp; I haven never found a way to do it through the web interface (probably my lack of coffee).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Are you using the primary account for the devices?&amp;nbsp; The error message from the app would make sense if you are using a "friend" account with granted access.&amp;nbsp; It would mean that the granted access didn't include the base station itself for some reason.&lt;/P&gt;
