How do I reset the pan and zoom?

I have a camera that I need to reset the pan and zoom on, but it will not let me choose the options in the settings, as it will not do the live thing that I can then alter the span of the camera.

Does anyone know how to do this? I have done it quite often, but process won't work now.

Hi @ksss11

Have you tried to refresh the browser and press the reset button under the video within Devices > Settings (Cog Wheel) > Video Settings.

I could not get the reset, zoom, or snapshot items to come to life so to speak, as the camera wouldnt do the live thing in the Video Settings to reset it to full picture. I have done this so many times but for some reason it would not do it that day for any of the 5 cameras. We have it shut off right now as we don't need it this week yet. I will check when we turn it on. as I checked today, and the other 4 are functioning normally in the video settings. If it happens again, I will remove device and resync it.
