    <description>Hi everyone.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The last couple of days one of my arlo camera is showing as offline, it’s powered via usb and has power to it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I removed it via the app and re-paired earlier today and was showing as working again but I’ve just check and it’s offline again.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is there a factory reset I can perform or should I order a new camera ?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks</description>

&lt;P&gt;Does it come back on line if you restart the base station?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Thanks for the reply, &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;No won’t come back on after restarting the cameras and base station. It’s been ok for about a year and all of a sudden started playing up.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The base station is about 18 meters away on the same floor</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;All sorted now, I move the base station and no change,&amp;nbsp;I removed the camera and re-assigned it worked for about 5 minutes then stopped again. So swapped it with another camera and now use the flaky one in my garage powered via battery rather than USB,&lt;/P&gt;
