As @StephenB mentioned, the new Arlo app will be available on Android & IOS. You can find more details regarding this migration here - Arlo is migrating to a new Arlo app this month

I installed the new Android Arlo app, deleted the old app and it's business as usual. One of the easier upgrades they've pulled off.
