Arlo pro randomly detects motion

Why does the Arlo Pro detect only randomly? The backyard camera catches all motion spot on. The front and the most important camera is so random. Our neighbor has been quite nasty and want to have it on video. Of course the time it doesn’t pick up detection was the time she was harassing me when I pulled up in my vehicle! Read many posts, position of camera, lighting, battery.... could it be a faulty camera?

Have you tried to remove the camera from Settings > My Devices & Re-Add it?

How far away are the objects from the camera when it is missing recordings?

Hello ShayneS,
We solved the problem, my husband just restarted the base station and the motion detection is definitely back on track! He also put the sensor up to 100% ... which will probably drain battery faster then the original suggested 80%.

The objects( vehicles and people are about 15-20 feet away from camera and the base station is about 35 feet from camera.
