Arlo notification not working at night

I have installed Arlo and it is not giving me notification at night. Have reset the base and even installed wifi extender. Please advise.

Are the cameras recording at night and sending videos to your library?

I am having the same problem. I do not get Arlo notifications at night, but it does record in my library. I did get a new iphone, but I think I have checked all settings.

What version of the Arlo App are you using & what is the version of ios on your Iphone?

Using Android and version 2.7.12_25660.

The Arlo app is version 27.14. My iPhone software is 12.3.1

Hi @heb19

I would suggest downloading IOS 12.4.1 and test again. If this doesn't help, I Would advise contacting Arlo Tech Support
