Camera won't sync to base station

Tried everything but one of my 7 cameras will not sync anymore. When I push the sync button, no blue LED blinks, only orange twice every 10s or so. Removed the camera from the System some time ago. Can’t bring it back on. Any ideas? Thank you!

What are the leds showing on the base ??

Did you try a full reset of the base unit ?? ( hold in reset about 10 secs till the leds flash amber )

Thanks for the prompt reply. The base shows a blinking green light when the sync button gets pressed. The camera does not react on the sync mode at all - as if the sync button of the camera is dead...

Power down the base, and then turn on... give it a couple mins to fully come online. ( check leds , from left it should be green/green( flash maybe))

Pull battery on camera, reinstall

Quick press on base sync button, then press the camera

good luck

If NG, wait 5 mins and redo

Will do tonight - maybe a stupid question, but how should I power down the base? Is there a button to turn it off or should I "pull the plug"?

Will my working cameras and settings still be OK?
