Base Station VMS4430-100NAS not detected

my power light is amber the lights go green for a few seconds then back to amber my pnone can not detect it i have removed the devices pushed reset unplugged it nothing seems to help what else can i try

Did you factory reset the base or did you reboot it with the power button? I would suggest contacting Customer Support for further assistance. I have provided the link here for you. Arlo Tech Support
