Base station will not update. Getting error 4403.

Here we are 650 miles from home 1st day on vacation and my camera base station needs a update and it will not keep getting error 4403 tried the app and website and no help rebooted base from app and weebsite no help.

Do you have a screenshot that shows this error on the Arlo app and/or the website?

Thank you Jessica for replying back but I was able to get through the problem by doing mutiable remote restarts for the basestation from app and website and it finally updated.
