try another usb adapter and cable.... as you are NOT using the battery, it will run on 5v at about 1.5a

I have been running an Arlo Pro camera without battery and powered from external adapter. Suddenly, it has stopped recording and gives me an error-"It is time to charge your battery". That is dumb. I don't have a battery installed in it. I disconnected the power connector, and used a duster spray to clean the camera connector. The error still persisits. Before others ask me, I have been using the recommended adapter and charging cable. I am using the iOS app on my iphone.
