      <description>&lt;P&gt;The only response I was finally able to get was via private message on ARLO's Facebook page. &amp;nbsp;Although they just responsed with a request for my email or phone number to have a Support Tech contact me.....so, we'll see. &amp;nbsp;Even Netgear's customer support wouldn't touch ARLO issues.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
