topic Web browser vs App in Arlo Pro

Hello!
I'm a visuel artist and I'm using Arlo system for a project.

I compared the reactivity and connection stability between the application and the web browser. It seems to me that the App has frequent connection losses while on the Web browser it's stable. (so it's not my connection)

I connect my (very recent) Ipad via the App with a X login
I connect my computer via Chrome with a Y login
I compare them and the Application is much less reliable.

Have you experienced this?
Everything is up to date on my side.

Another question: I tried to connect my iPad via the web browser but it doesn't work. It gives you weird stuff (see picture) Ideas? (Yes I have a subsciption plan...)

TKS!
