topic Arlo pro not connecting in Arlo Pro

So I bought a pack of two Arlo Pro cameras. One connected just fine, and I distanced it like 10 feet away from the base so I could connect the second one. For some reason the second one doesn't want to connect and I don't know what the issue is. I press the sync button on the base station for two seconds, it blinks green and then I press the sync button on her camera and release after two seconds and no blue light comes on.

Try removing the battery and use the power cable instead. If that works, its probably the battery. You can swap batteries to see if that helps, too. Regardless of whether its the battery or can era, swapping at the store would be the fastest fix.

Most common problem is holding the base sync button for 2 secs like the instructions ... don't know why this isn't mentioned in instructions

It's a QUICK push on the base button, then a sec or two later push the camera button.
