    <description>&lt;P&gt;I haven't experienced this but I think some suggestions revolve around NOT using pan and zoom and checking out the night vision switch (try turning it on and off to see the difference). Make sure you have no pending firmware updates. &amp;nbsp;Of course, it could just be a bad camera.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When using my exterior mounted camera at night in night vision mode, the image is black. &amp;nbsp;It is almost impossible to see any object that is moving as it is so dark an image. &amp;nbsp;Has anyone else encountered this, and are there any fixes?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
