A little short on details and response, but if the situation is the apartment complex changed from wired community access to wifi community access, Arlo is not going to connect all by itself. It needs wired input. Arlo's wireless is just for camera / base communication. Then the base connects to the LAN and therefore the internet by wire. This would be true off many hubs for a variety of devices that require wired connection to the LAN and internet.

You could use an access point device with a wire port to run Arlo, but this may take the cooperation of Spectrum to allow. Your set up in the complex is unknown at this point but it is something you could look into.

If this is your situation.
