you don't say app or web, but this is usu a Flash issue...

try on another browser or device.

also does it play if downloaded first ?

To be clear, Flash is only needed for live view and a couple of other things (pan and zoom, for instance). Viewing the library should work on any browser, even mobile ones that don't support Flash. Downloading, as mentioned, would be a good test.
