How many do you have now? To add cameras, simply sync them. To be useful, you can only have 5 with the free plan or you can subscribe to a paid level.

I want to add back a camera to system ... I had previously had to defeat during a windstorm .

have tried 6 times to add —no luck.

WHat have you tried? What do you see? Is the camera listed in Settings, My Devices? Have you rebooted the base and made sure the battery is charged? What do the LEDs on the base and camera show when syncing? Are you only briefly pressing the base sync button and not holding it for 2 seconds?
