So,

We purchased three Arlo Pro cameras (and have 9 Arlo cameras).

The Pro cameras that are HW v7 seem to have this death spiral of taking a video, and then taking 20 more in succession even if no motion is detected.

Placing a HW version 8 camera in the same location does not yield this behavior.

One of my HW 7 cameras was RMAed (that's how we got the newer HW 8 camera).

The question is: Is my HW 7 camera that is taking tons of videos after an initial detection (with sensitivity set at 50) a bad camera? (A HW 8 camera in the same location works fine.)

GB

So I may have another bad camera... joy, the last one took two weeks of daily communication to get replaced...

It can just be a roll of the dice... My H7 is working fine since the release of the Pros

Put in a trouble ticket with Netgear
