    <description>Since the last firmware update, my motion detection has not been working at night. It worked well before the update. I added the motion zones and increased the sensitivity, but still no luck. Any suggestions.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is the camera armed at night? Check your active mode and verify that a rule for the cameraa exists. The motion icon in the Devices tab for the camera should be black, not gray, at night. Have you tried tripping a recording yourself to see if the LEDs turn on for night vision?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>They are armed and all of the settings are correct. They work fine when the sun comes up, but not when it is dark</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you try causing a recording by walking across the camera FOV as I asked before? Do the LEDs light up with a dull red glow?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Itn may be a hardware issue. If rebooting the base and removing and resyncing the camera doesn't help, open a case with support:&lt;/P&gt;
