I have Arlo pro with 3 camera setup. Can I set up the cameras to activate motion at different times?

Yes. Read the FAQs here about custom modes and the schedule. Once you have created as many modes as needed with only the cameras for a specific time period (any camera without a rule is disarmed) place them appropriately in the schedule. When passing through midnight, set the evening start at the right time and the stop time at 11:59PM. Then use the same mode starting at 12:00AM.
