My VMB4000 base station is dead. I found no helpdesk firm, online email form from support site replies with an error, support number for Portugal no one unswers, live chat blank even with last chrome and flash version.

Not an easy task to contack Arlo support, so this is my last hope.

I have several Arlo units, and one of base stations simply died. No power at all, the powersuply is good and works on other base stations. Would like to know how to send it back for repair.

Email cesar.carapinha@vicoustic.com model VMB4000 aquired from Amazon,

Cheers
