I did not charge my arlo for about 2 weeks and recently went to charge it but it has not been charging at all. I have tried all the trouble shooting tips but the battery doesn't seem to be charging. i left it plugged in for a week and nothing has changed. I tried removing and reinserting the battery with the wire plugged in 5 times as recommended but nothing changed. Is there anything I can do?
