I'm having a similar problem. I have four cameras. Two now say offline. I haven't checked them for several months as I only use them when I'm traveling for an extended period. One camera shows 2% battery. The fourth camera shows 77% battery, but all have been used for the same amount of time with very little video taking place. I've pushed the reset button but nothing happened. One of the three green lights, on the base, blinks off and on.

Charge the camera first.... then try to sync. They will not sync if battery is low or if they need a FW update and battery is low

If you run the batteries to low, there may be an issue starting to charge ( there is a arlo doc on how to fix this )
