Turning power off and back on is not a reset - it's a power cycle. The reset utton on the base is what I was refering to.

It is VMB4000 Arlo pro model.
I have connceted the base to the router. I tried to find the base using my mobile, ipad and pc but could not find it.
The base is connected to the router and both lights are green. My pc is connected to the router by wifi. Though my router has to wifis, but I tested with both wifis and could not find the base. I even connected my pc through wire to the router but no success.
I wonder if anyone could help with this issue!

Reboot the router and base, in that order. Hold the reset button until the LEDs flash amber. ANy luck?

Thank You!
