I granted access to my ex. I removed her from the profile but she can still see the cameras. How do I remove her?

Change your account, (email), password. Or you could remove the base and cameras from your account and set them up with a different email address, (account).

I guess I’ll have to remove them because I changed the email and the password and it still didn’t work

Very strange indeed. Out of curiosity, when you changed the email and password, did you remove the base and cameras from the old email account and add them back to the new account?
