How Do I Stop A Second User From Viewing My Cameras & Logging In?

Have discovered my ex has been spying on me, the house, the kids through the Arlo system. I had taken his access away, but he was logging in under my email and password. I have changed all that now but wondering if you can have 2 users with different email address to use the system. I want to confirm he can not access anymore.
Help.

If you have changed your email account and password for the Arlo system, the ex won't have access to the system unless he finds out your new account and password or you grant access again.

Was your partner granted access with a separate email, or did they log in with the primary account email/password?
